This signature building will feature 29 of the most exclusive condominiums ever sold in Philadelphia. Located at 17th Street and Rittenhouse Square Street, the slender, 31-story glass and masonry tower will provide private elevator access to full-floor residential condominiums with floor to ceiling panoramic views of Center City Philadelphia and beyond. The building will also be the first of its kind to feature a computer operated, fully automated parking system which will store cars underground on a rack system. Cars will be automatically retrieved by swiping a card reader in the passenger elevator. The Project’s sales center has recently opened and the Project is already almost 25% reserved, with the sales of many of the units setting new price records in Philadelphia.
