The Boiler House New Hope, Pennsylvania |
||||
|
The Boiler House The Boiler House was the last remaining shell at the site of the former Union Mill Paper Company between the Delaware River and Delaware Canal in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Constructed as the power plant for the paper mill, it was an open shell without floors. A later addition abutted the original structure at one end, and a 130-foot-tall freestanding tile chimney sat at one comer. SDC rehabilitated the structure into four levels containing over 11,600 square feet of office space. With its spectacular river views and industrial character, the building has been highly sought after and set new records in Bucks County, PA for rent per square foot. |
