Bridgeway Office Park The Company is developing a first class office park on 10.01 acres located in Solebury Township's Light Industrial (LI) zoning district. The site is bound on three sides by Route 202 and the 202 toll bridge interchange, providing easy access and high visibility. The fourth side abuts a parcel with the same zoning and use. The plan is for a high-end office park with multiple buildings in an attractively landscaped campus environment. The development is organized around a central drive in order to provide direct access and prominent visibility to all buildings. Four new two and-three story office structures are proposed, ranging in size from 10,000 to 30,000 square feet each, for a total yield of 84,000 gross square feet. The plan provides flexibility in both meeting the requirements of specific users and in facilitating project phasing. The project is being positioned to appeal to image-conscious business owners who desire to occupy their own building. Buildings will be available for lease or sale, with a condominium association providing for the maintenance of common elements. A small stream runs through the eastern end of the site. A pathway with natural plantings, benches and gazebo is proposed through this area. This will provide an attractive amenity and on-site recreational opportunities for the office users. The building architecture will reflect the character and architectural features of the indigenous Bucks County architecture. Elements include sloped roofs, masonry, stucco and glass.
