Friends of the Delaware Canal honored Tom Scannapieco as Business Partner of the Year Thursday at Water View, Scannapieco's riverfront condominiums. The gala, chaired by Randy Apgar and Ken Edmonds, was held to recognize the business community for its financial support of Friends' initiatives in maintaining the 170-year-old, 60 mile waterway.
