Bella is the conversion of the former Regency tower in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This 27-story tower was first built by SDC for Caesars Casino in 1989. Named the Regency, it was kept as a market rate rental building for 16 years. In 2004, SDC purchased the property from Caesars and converted the 200 units into luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium residences. Located in the newly named “North Beach” section of the city, Bella also features an indoor pool and cabana room, a state of the art fitness center, a massage room, a tiki bar and a 24 hour concierge.
